MINI RACK LABS – RETURN, WARRANTY, AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received

  • Include all original components, accessories, cables, and packaging

  • Not show signs of misuse, modification, abuse, liquid damage, or physical damage

  • Include proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged during shipment, or an incorrect item was received.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built systems

  • Personalized or made-to-order products

  • Custom software installations or configurations

  • Products modified by the customer

  • Products damaged through misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs

  • International orders, except where required by applicable law

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mccall.masona@gmail.com. We may request photos or additional information to evaluate the issue.

If the issue is verified, Mini Rack Labs may repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

Limited Hardware Warranty

Mini Rack Labs provides a 30-day limited hardware warranty covering defects in workmanship and assembly.

This warranty covers failures resulting from assembly errors or defective components supplied by Mini Rack Labs.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Physical abuse

  • Liquid damage

  • Power surges or electrical damage

  • Improper use or installation

  • Customer modifications

  • Third-party hardware additions

  • Software issues caused by customer actions

  • Malware, ransomware, viruses, or security incidents

  • Third-party software or services

  • Normal wear and tear

Software and Security Disclaimer

Software support is limited to verifying that the system functions as originally shipped.

Mini Rack Labs is not responsible for:

  • Malware, viruses, ransomware, or unauthorized access

  • Data loss or data corruption

  • Customer security practices

  • Software installed after delivery

  • Future software compatibility issues

  • Operating system updates

  • Third-party applications, containers, plugins, or services

Customers are solely responsible for securing their systems, maintaining backups, and applying software updates.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mini Rack Labs' total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for that product.

Mini Rack Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or cybersecurity-related incidents.
